These terms govern your use of FilmCraft online, an independent AI clip generator. By using the service you agree to them. FilmCraft online is not affiliated with ArtCraft or the official FilmCraft app.
The service
FilmCraft online turns a text prompt — or a prompt plus one reference image — into a short video clip (fixed at 5 seconds, 480p, with sound) rendered by a third-party AI provider. It is a clip generator, not a video editor: there is no timeline, no trimming and no project files.
Accounts
You need an account to render. Sign up with an email address or a Google account. Your first clip is free; after that, clips cost 60 credits each. You are responsible for what is generated from your account.
Credits and payments
- Credits are sold as one-time packs and never expire. There are no subscriptions.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD.
- If a render fails after credits were deducted, the credits are refunded automatically.
- Refunds for unused purchased credits follow the refund policy.
Acceptable use
You may not submit prompts or images that are unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringe third-party rights, or depict real people without consent. We may refuse renders, remove clips and suspend accounts that break these rules. Reference images must be yours to use.
Generated clips
You own the clips you render, to the extent the underlying AI provider's terms allow. You are responsible for how you use them, including checking rights in any reference material. AI output may contain artifacts or resemble existing works; we make no warranty that a clip is unique or suitable for a particular purpose.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". Rendering depends on third-party providers and may be slow or temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
